Faux Washi Paper

I got a bit carried away with the water on the second piece so it ended up ripping, but I was able to salvage most of it.

This is a messy project so if you don't like inky hands you may want to wear rubber gloves. I ended up with bright fuschia hands after doing this one. However the final result was well worth it.
